Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
- Our return policy is an option for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately reject any refunds or exchanges.
- In order to qualify for returns,
- Your item must be unworn / unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
- Partial Refunds may be given if;
- An item that is not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If for some instance, you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Items shipped over $50 should be sent with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will;
- Send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item.
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you’ve yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. Processing time varies depending on the bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- Exchanges are applicable for only two of the following scenarios;
1.) Size swaps and ONLY IF;
- Your item is unworn / unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item is available in the desired size.
2.) If your item is defective or damaged, they will be considered for an exchange upon inspection. If this occurs send us an email at info@goodfruitproductions.com and we will direct you toward the next steps.
- Your location may affect the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges that are a desired size swap
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- We will ONLY refund any shipping costs in regards to damaged or defective items, IF IT PASSES OUR INSPECTION, immediately after inspection.
